ReliaSource is seeking a full performance Information Management Officer. The contractor will be able to support current access control and compliance training tasks. The contractor should be able to evaluate existing access control and compliance efforts and extrapolate opportunities and gaps.  The contractor will support the Compliance and Training Chief in managing accesses and providing necessary compliance training to data users in the Center. These efforts directly impact Mission ability to access and use data, data sharing negotiations, and safeguard principles and associated reporting requirements. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Procedural (50%): Assess, improve, implement, and maintain procedures to provide and track user access to databases, applications, and information warehouses.
  • Develop effective procedures to provide appropriate access to Analysts, Developers, and other users within the Center in accordance with established guidelines and agreements, including removal of access when personnel depart/change positions.
  • Provide compliance training on data usage and handling and respond to queries regarding same.
  • Knowledge Management (50%): At direction of Compliance and Training Chief, codify processes and track records of access approvals to ensure proper application and maintenance.
  • Provide historical and current information on number of users, guidelines/requirements for accesses, and upkeep processes

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience implementing standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint.

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the partners.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting planning skills.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with compliance training

 

Applicants selected for this position will require an active Top Secret SCI FS Polygraph clearance and background screening. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.
