    ReliaSource is looking for Information Assurance Network Specialists and LAN Administrators to provide fulltime support that cover a wide spectrum of requirements in the computer arena – troubleshooting, administration, maintenance and security of a Windows based network in an Active Directory environment, security scanning, vulnerability assessments, software packages to assist trainers, and provide expertise in helping with COTS packages. We must provide qualified analysts for technical support, customer service support, customer network management tools, application support, configuration management, LAN installation, and training. The contractor shall review and complete or design and produce operations manuals and user procedure manuals. Provide enterprise network support and standardization within the Department's guidelines, to maintain an enterprise client server environment using Active Directory, Windows server, Exchange, and Windows clients. Information assurance scanning/analysis shall be provided using such tools as Tenable and Trip Wire. ReliaSource must provide qualified analysts for expert technical guidance in: information assurance, Mobile Device Management (MDM) server and client solutions, ongoing management of the MDM solution, application support as it relates to the infrastructure, configuration management and operating system upgrades, training, help desk support and network management.

    Responsibilities

    Information Assurance Network Specialist shall conduct vulnerability assessments of the assigned infrastructure, vulnerability mitigation recommendations, risk assessment and security architecture reviews.

     

    Other areas of performance include;

    • Research, develop, test, implement, and document all approved changes in accordance with the priorities established by the task manager
    • Evaluate the existing centralized logging network capabilities; forensic procedures, as well as, certification and accreditation procedures. Activities must be documented with results, products and processes in high quality reports and sent to the COR for review.
    • Research and analyze technology problems, issues and program requirements in accordance with customer Security Configuration Standards.
    • Scan and monitor assigned systems on a daily basis using Tripwire, tenable and web inspect. Develop reports using the raw data collected and present findings at the weekly Information Assurance Meeting. Reports shall follow customer required formats, contain only necessary data and take into account non-human errors produced by the software scanning packages (i.e. web sites being browsed for 12 hours during an 8 hour shift).

     

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Information Assurance Network Specialist performing the below tasks:

    • TS Clearance 
    • Research, develop, test, implement, and document all approved changes in accordance with the priorities established by the task manager.
