  • Overview

    ReliaSource is looking to hire a Junior Project Manager to assist in the management of multiple projects. This fast-paced environment will require a candidate that is proactive with high energy and the ability to work independently. The position will start as part-time, hourly with unlimited room for growth. The schedule is flexible and will be primarily located at our office at 204 South High Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.


    The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager with coordinating projects, schedules and tracking the progress of current projects. You will also assist with sourcing a multitude of prospective hires throughout the United States for various contracts using job boards, internal database, and referrals. Must be comfortable communicating with candidates with a variety of technical skill levels on the phone as well as through email. Must have familiarity with cold calling and other recruiting techniques. Will be required to use Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel. The candidate may also complete administrative duties as necessary, which may include preparing reports for upper management regarding project status.


    Familiarity with Microsoft Office products with a very strong emphasis on Excel.

    Must have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and the flexibility to handle changes effectively

    Strong phone presence. 

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong listening skills

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

    Familiarity with contract procurement a plus
