ReliaSource is seeking a ServiceNow Developer and Architect to guide and lead the development of ServiceNow solutions for internal and external clients. ServiceNow professional responsibilities include ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations and integrations. We are looking for a multi-dimensional ServiceNow Solutions Architect to mentor and lead other ServiceNow professionals. Leverage a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions and expertise across the breadth of popular ITSM platforms.
SeviceNow professional will be working with our clients to assess current state processes and tools, define solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans. This role will also provide expert level support and technical mentoring to developers, assist clients with proof of concept and proof of value activities, and lead briefings to an executive level audience.
This position provides a flexible work environment that supports a remote/work from home, but may require some travel to client sites periodically. ReliaSource will provide a remote technology package to support a remote work environment.
