    ReliaSource is looking for a CRM Business Analyst. CRM Analyst will support the government Product Owner in collaboration with business stakeholders to develop product solution business requirements for Agile Scrum development teams.  As such, they must develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s business processes, user profiles, solution objectives, expectations, and priorities and be able to articulate and effectively communicate those topics to the development teams in the form of both use cases and user stories.  The successful candidate will have experience in eliciting requirements, translating requirements to user stories, elaborating processes into use cases and assist in mapping business functionality to system technical requirements as well as writing a variety of associated design and requirements documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills are essential to this role.


    • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and processes and elicit clear, concise user requirements supporting the business case.
    • Define “as-is” and “to-be” business processes; conduct and document gap analyses.
    • Requirements management and analysis using specified IBM Rational tools.
    • Translate user requirements, into simplified, well-organized user stories accompanied by clearly defined acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with an Agile team to facilitate development and testing in support of user requirements.
    • Use business requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and help manage project scope, product acceptance, and installation and production deployment.


    Required Qualifications

    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (Degree in Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is required)
    • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
    • Experience working with customers, users and project leads in analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT business applications and systems.
    • Knowledge in testing functionality, matching to requirements, and in having primary responsibility for individual projects and systems.
    • Demonstrated success in eliciting business requirements and process flows for IT system development projects.
    • Demonstrated experience managing requirements documentation in a tool such as IBM Rational Tool Suite.
    • Experience working in an Agile scrum solution development and testing environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a VA Public Trust (High-Risk) clearance.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ years of experience analyzing requirements for custom MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 applications.
    • Experience working in the Federal Government, Veteran’s Administration (VA) experience a plus
    • Experience performing business analysis and requirements elicitation/elaboration at Department of Veterans Affairs
    • 2+ years experience with either VA Veteran-focused Integration Project (VIP) or CRM or VBMS
    • Experience working in a geographically dispersed project team environment
    • Active VA Public Trust (High-Risk) clearance.
