  • Overview

    ReliaSource is looking for a Senior Developer. The Sr. Developer will have experience with MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 and will lead one or more small development teams (2-3 resources each) in support of the continued development and/or operations and maintenance of mission critical CRM systems for the Department of Veterans Affairs.



    • Maintain, manage and design MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 applications.
    • Customize and optimize CRM SQL Server database applications in support of business functions.
    • Provide front-end Dynamics CRM development capabilities.
    • Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment.
    • Mentor more junior developers to higher skill levels and performance.


    Required Qualifications


    • 5 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required)
    • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
    • Extensive experience and knowledge to design, code, test, debug and document software in a variety of programming languages.
    • Has the knowledge of the latest programming languages and techniques.
    • Has extensive experience in creating strategies for developing IT systems and applications.
    • Has experience in evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal approaches.

    Additional Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience with design, code, test, debug, document MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 applications in an Agile environment.
    • 2+ year of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and be knowledgeable of the various versions of the product (2015 and 2016 and Dynamics 365).
    • Experience with backlog grooming, sprint management and source control using tools such as Rational Tools Suite, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Github.
    • 3+ years’ experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET.
    • 2+ experience with Web API development and plugins.
    • 3+ years’ experience leading successful development teams.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a VA Public Trust (High-Risk) clearance.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • MS Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification.
    • 2+ years of Unified Service Desk (USD) development experience.
    • 3+ years of MS Dynamics CRM 2015/2016 customization development with extensions.
    • Understanding of Authentication mechanisms and secure environment programing.
    • 3+ years’ experience with an agile methodology such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, eXtreme programming.
    • 2+ years’ experience leading multiple successful development teams simultaneously.
    • Experience with software development at Department of Veterans Affairs
    • Active VA Public Trust (High-Risk) clearance.
